Quality Improvement & Health Services Research Seminar Series 2011

These seminars will be held on the second Wednesday of each month from 2 – 3p and the fourth Tuesday of each month from 12- 1p. Quality Improvement Research is the design, development and evaluation of interventions to produce generalizable new knowledge related to creating and sustaining improvement in health care delivery in real world settings. Health Services Research is the multidisciplinary field of scientific investigation that studies how social factors, organizational structures and processes, health technologies, and personal behaviors affect access to health care, the quality and cost of health care, and ultimately health and well-being.
